April's Poetry Month Contest & Scholarship
HHYC would like to present our 1st annual poetry month contest and scholarship. Students of all ages will have the opportunity to create immortal pieces of beautiful poetry that could earn them special prizes!
Our middle school division will compete for fun prizes and gift cards, while our high school division competes for a $500 scholarship!

Winnings
Middle school contestants will have a chance to win a multitude of prizes in 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place, including gifts cards, HHYC vouchers, and MORE!
High school contestants will be competing for the 1st place grand prize of a $500 college scholarship.
High school 2nd place winners will receive a $250 scholarship and 3rd place will receive a $100 scholarship.
All scholarships will be remitted to the students 4 year, 2 year, or trade school of their choosing. Students who do not graduate high school in 2023 will receive their winnings in the Spring of their high school graduation.
